Space 220

Space 220 has been one of the hottest Advanced Dining Reservations to land since its opening. Part of the appeal is that it is an immersive dining experience that takes visitors to the Centauri Space Station 220 miles above EPCOT!

The restaurant itself is a theme park attraction featuring a fun virtual elevator ride where Guests watch the Earth shrink away as they ascend into space. Once they arrive they are treated to heavy space theming. Many guests consider it a must-try.
Closed for Lunch

It has been reported that Space 220 has currently stopped serving lunch. This is potentially due to a refurbishment of the restaurant’s lobby floor. The refurbishment has impacted both the lounge and the restaurant, causing them to only serve dinner.
However, Disney’s website still has the restaurant listed as serving lunch and dinner from April 12th through the end of the month.
The restaurant is also not taking any walk-ups. Unfortunately, there is no timeline on when this refurbishment will be completed or when normal operation hours will resume.
What Does This Mean for You?

Space 220 will open for dinner beginning at 4 PM. If you are visiting EPCOT soon and you were hoping to enjoy the two-course lunch menu, you may be out of luck.

We are hopeful that Space 220 will resume its lunch offering soon. This restaurant is a fun experience, and lunch is a slightly cheaper option for Guests to be able to enjoy it.
