Gideon’s Bakehouse is an extremely popular place to grab treats in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. The bakehouse serves delectable bakery items including cakes and cookies as well as caffeinated brews. The nitro cold brews are especially popular and pair well with the unique cookie creations.
Gideon’s is so popular that often long lines form. Sometimes the line even moves to a virtual queue. But you can beat the lines if you follow this advice.
People often stop to chat with me while I am in the cookie line to ask if it is worth it. The answer? If you love delicious soft, chewy cookies, then you won’t have regrets. It is especially worth it if you can catch hot cookie hour.
March Offerings
Each Month Gideon’s Bakehouse adds a special cookie (or two) to its line-up. March is bringing back one of the most popular offerings from last year!
The March Limited Edition is the Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl cookie! This decadent treat features a combo of Peanut Butter dough swirled with Triple Chocolate dough. It is all covered in Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter Chips and House-made Candied Peanuts.
Gideon’s is also offering an all-new Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake! It boasts two layers of PB Cake with a layer of Chocolate Cake in the middle! It is topped with PB and Chocolate Buttercream, PB Ganache, and PB and Chocolate Mini Chips!
When To Shop
You can enjoy the cookies every day in March while supplies last. The cake is only available on Wednesday and Saturday.
Remember, there is a limit of 2 of these special cookies per person.
