For a stress-free Disney or Universal Studios vacation, let the FREE expert planners at Royal Carriage Vacations take care of every detail including dining reservations, applying discounts, and onboard cruise credit.

If you are planning to make Disney World reservations soon, you will want to know that routine maintenance will make that impossible. Here are the details.

Planning your Disney World Vacation

Disney World is not like other vacation destinations. There is a lot of planning that goes into it! Everything from crowd calendars and resorts to researching restaurants and park strategies mean you may be spending months figuring everything out.

Using a Travel Agent can help you navigate the ins and outs of planning! I am here to help! Please fill out this form and put my name (Monica) in the Special Request box.

While resort reservations can be booked up to several months in advance, most reservations can be booked 60 days ahead of your trip. This includes dining, Enchanting Extras (like Savi’s Workshop), and more.

Many popular restaurants and experiences will book up quickly, so it is best to book them as close as you can to your 60 day window. However, Disney is going to make this all a bit harder very soon.

A planned outage will take place tomorrow evening at 11:00 pm ET. Thankfully, the outage will not last long. It is expected to resume at 3:00 am ET on Monday. This is only a period of 4 hours.

While this is in the middle of the night for people on Eastern Time, those in different time zones will want to note it may take place in the morning or later in the evening. Keep this in mind as you check for reservations (including all those special offers that just dropped).
