New Dining Choices
One of the very best parts about Disney Springs are all of the incredible dining selections available. Disney Springs currently has 69 different places just to dine and that number is going to continue to increase.
The newest dining choice, eet by Maneet Chauhan just opened earlier this month. The quick service restaurant offers Indian style cuisine. Other new restaurants coming to Disney are Summer House on the Lake, the Cookie Jar and the Cake Bake Shop.
Summer House on the Lake
Summer House on the Lake will be located across from the AMC Theater and Salt & Straw ice-cream. The restaurant currently has locations in Chicago, IL and North Bethesda, MD.
The California-inspired menu, led by Chef Ben Goodnick, features simple ingredients sourced from local grower partnerships and sustainable products.
Guests will be able to enjoy lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends.
Opening Date
All we knew before was that the location was scheduled to open sometime this year. We now have an opening date!
Summer House on the Lake will open on December 14, 2023 at Disney Springs!
That’s tomorrow! At the current time, hours are not listed on the calendar for Disney Springs, BUT reservations are available on Open Table beginning tomorrow, December 14th.
The menu has a wide variety of menu selections to choose from, featuring dishes such as: a crispy chicken sandwich, grilled tequila-lime chicken tacos and margherita pizza. There is also a nice selection of items on the Kids Menu as well. Kids can choose from grilled cheese, chicken fingers, pizza and more!
