Gideon’s Bakehouse
One of Disney World’s most popular places to grab a sweet treat is none other than Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. It serves up delectable offerings including uniquely delicious cookies, cake slices, and cold brew. You can read all about it right here.
One thing about Gideon’s is that it is so popular that if you don’t catch it at just the right time, you will see a line that spills out into the streets. Sometimes the wait moves to a virtual queue, which is nice because you can receive a call back and enjoy the rest of Disney Springs. An October Transformation
This morning Gideon’s Bakehouse announced that for the month of October, it shall be known as Gideon’s Spookhouse! Not only is Gideon’s celebrating Halloween, but it is also celebrating its BIRTHDAY this month!
That means that new desserts and merch are going to be dropping EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND. It sounds deliciously delightful, and we can’t wait to join the fun!
October Cookies
First of all, Giddeon’s has its October cookie. A popular spooky treat has returned! The Frankenstein cookie lives again! This cookie stitches together chocolate, double-stuffed Oreos, and M&M’s.
Or, indulge in the Bride of Frankenstein. Gideon’s has resurrected this vanilla cookie featuring Golden Oreos, white chocolate and M&M’s. What a delicious duo! Indulge in these while supplies last each day.
Cold Brew
Gideon’s Disney Springs location will also be serving a special Cold Brew. This month’s special is FRENCH TOAST Cold Brew. Enjoy it as an addition to the regular line-up.
It will be here for both October and November. So, if you miss out this month, look for it the next.
Merch and Charity Merch
October is Cat Charity Month. So, Gideon’s Bakehouse will be raising funds to benefit the Liberation Cat House.
The first piece of merch is a Benedict Picadilly print. Signed prints come in 8×10 and 11×14 sizes. There is a limited run available online at the Gideon’s website. And, the run will be in both stores while supplies last. This is the piece that will benefit the Liberation Cat House.
You can also find fun limited-edition merch including t-shirts and enamel pins featuring Benedict Picadilly. And for a limited time, you can get a pumpkin chai-scented car air freshener too! Fans reportedly already crashed the site trying to order this morning.
