Haunted Mansion to Close For Seasonal Refurbishment

Haunted Mansion Holiday

During the seasons of Halloween and Christmas at Disneyland Park in California, the residents of the Haunted Mansion temporarily relocate as the residents of Halloween Town take residency for the two special holiday seasons.
The Pumpkin King himself, Jack Skellington from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, features an overlay complete with a real-life gingerbread house located in the Grand Hall.
The overlay has remained exclusive to Disneyland Park, even though many have wanted this overlay to come to the attraction in Disney World.
Haunted Mansion Closure

The last day Guests can enjoy the classic version of the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland Park is August 8th. The attraction will close on August 9th for refurbishment to receive the seasonal overlay.

You will need to visit soon if you were hoping to enjoy the classic version before the seasonal overlay is placed.
Haunted Mansion Holiday Opening Date

At the beginning of the year, we were excited to share that the Haunted Mansion Holiday would return! The attraction will reopen with the holiday overlay on August 22nd.
The Haunted Mansion Holiday will open on August 22, 2025 and continue through January 7, 2026.
Guests can enjoy the seasonal overlay through the Halloween and Christmas season, as it will continue through January 7, 2026.
