Disney Live Action Films
Live Action films from Disney seem to go two ways. People either absolutely love the live action film adaptations or they hate them. Over the last few years, Disney has developed a habit of rebooting animated classics as live-action films. Among the movies that have received reboots are The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Mulan, Lion King, Aladdin, and Dumbo.

Snow White
Disney’s first full-length animated feature is none other than Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Released in 1937, this classic film is a beloved story that has stood the test of time. The story tells of Snow White and her wicked Stepmother. When the Evil Queen finds out she is no longer the fairest of them all, she tries to have Snow White killed.
The live action remake initially had a 2023 release date, but was pushed back. The film has not gone without receiving criticism already. Peter Dinklage, the actor best known for his role in Game of Thrones, recently had a lot to say about the film and how it will handle representation of little people.

Release Date
Disney has shared an updated schedule of all of their future film releases and now we have a date for Snow White. While the date is always subject to change, we can at least have a pretty good idea of when we might expect to see it.
Disney’s live action Snow White will be released on March 22, 2024.
While 2024 seems pretty far away, it’s really only next year! It will be here before we know it.

This “new Disney” is ruining childhoods and nostalgia. It’s ruining stories, their parks, etc. I grew up near Disneyland and have been going pretty much my entire life. (I’m 46). I stopped going. I stopped watching their movies. I’m watching all of the classics right now then deleting my Disney+ subscription. They have RUINED Snow White. It might as well be called something different. Walt Disney and the original producer, I think his name was David Hand, must be rolling in their graves.

I’ll skip this one. Tge Lithle Zmermaid was slow moving and boring withiut the fun animation. Snow White looks lije not my cup of tea. I did like Beauty and the Beast but the other was too far from the original and Sniw Whte looks to be more so not wasting my money as i did on The Little Mermaid.
