Disney just released a sneak peek of what we can expect to see for merchandise this holiday season!
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is happening again for 2023. On 25 select nights, Nov. 9-Dec. 22, this separately ticketed event will welcome guests to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year at Magic Kingdom.
Holiday magic is unwrapped with the return of festive favorites like the Christmas extravaganza stage show, “Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration,” the sparkling spectacular “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks” and the merry must-see “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.”
Guests can also look forward to enjoying some of their favorite classic and thrill attractions, including TRON Lightcycle / Run presented by Enterprise, which will use a virtual queue during the event.
Holiday overlays that are returning for this year’s party are also Jingle Cruise and Space Mountain. Overlays missing from this year are Mad Tea Party, Tomorrowland Speedway Race Through the Holidays and the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor Holiday Show.

New Merchandise
Disney shared a first look at four new items that will be for sale exclusively at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas. First up, shown above, is a Spirit Jersey. Of course! What else could it be?! This Spirit Jersey is red with Mickey and Minnie sharing a special moment. The top reads “Joy to the World”.
Next is a pin that reads “Holiday Magic” and features Mickey as Santa in his sleigh. Pin trading/collecting is a fun Disney World pastime for many Guests. You can read all about it HERE.
I (Monica) love a good mug. This one looks like it will probably make its way to be cabinet this year! It features the same image and wording as the pin. The shape of it looks like it will fit in my hands perfectly.
Finally, Disney shared what the kid’s shirt will look like this year. It is green with a red collar. Mickey holds a present, and the tag reads “Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Magic Kingdom 2023”. Mickey heads make up the center of the snowflakes.
