There are plenty of shops to treat yourself while you’re on vacation. Unfortunately, there is now one less location.
Shopping at Disney World
Other than riding attractions, eating delicious food, and swimming at the resort, shopping is another favorite activity among Disney World Guests. There are close to 300 shops and stores around property so you can get your fill of merchandise.
Everything from Star Wars light sabers at Hollywood Studios to high end brands can be found at Disney World. I (Monica) am always looking for new spots while I’m in the parks or on property! There is something new every time I return!
Unfortunately, one shop is reportedly closed forever.
Dolphin Hotel
The Swan, Swan Reserve and Dolphin hotels are located near Epcot and share that space with Disney’s BoardWalk, Beach Club, and Yacht Club Resorts.
They are not official Disney Resorts but do offer some of the same benefits. The location and benefits make this an attractive choice for Guests who want to save some money but also be as close to Disney as possible.
I have stayed at both the Dolphin and Swan Reserve and found the hotels to be a great option! It is nice being close to Epcot without the price tag of other Crescent Lake resorts.
Accents
A gift shop in the Dolphin Hotel, Accents, is reportedly closed forever. It has not been open for quite a while now. The store sold high end apparel and accessories. While the store is still listed on the Disney World website, it is no longer listed on the Swan and Dolphin website.

Disney Cabanas – An entertaining Disney store with merchandise from the Walt Disney World Resort, as well as sundries. Located at the Swan.
Disney Gift Shop – An entertaining Disney store with merchandise from the Walt Disney World Resort, as well as sundries. Located at the Dolphin.
Cabana Beach Hut – A convenient poolside kiosk, providing all of the essentials for a day of sun-drenched fun. Located in between the Dolphin lap pool and the Grotto Pool.
Mandara Spa – Take a little piece of heaven home with professional spa products from European skin and hair care brands: Elemis, La Therapie, Ionithermie and Steiner. Located at the Dolphin.
Picabu – Our convenience store stocked with food items and sundries. Located at the Dolphin.
