I know Halloween seems like forever away, but we are almost halfway there! Before we know it we will be celebrating all things not-so-spooky at Disney Parks and at home!

Disney loves to celebrate Halfway to Halloween. For the past few years, they go all out with fun activities to do at home and announcements for festivities taking place.

Now, Disney is bringing the celebration to the resorts!

This morning while visiting Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground we saw a sign with the Halfway to Halloween activities that will take place this year.

  • Make your own potion
  • Halfway to Halloween photo scavenger hut
  • “It’s really not that scary” golf cart extravaganza
  • Halloween Mickey & specialty tie-dye
  • Halfway to Halloween trivia challenge
  • Country campfire
  • Chip n’ Dale’s campfire sing-a-long
  • Move Under the Stars: Hocus Pocus

These activities will take place for one day only on Friday, April 28.

For the last few years, Disney has marked the Halfway to Halloween with a full day of announcements, spooky fun, and other entertainment to enjoy at home.

It’s likely we will hear of Disney’s plans to celebrate Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party at Disney World, Oogie Boogie Bash at Disneyland, and experiences for Disney Cruise Line on April 28.

We will keep you posted if we hear of any other Halfway to Halloween activities in the parks or at the resorts!
