Toy Story Land has been undergoing some big changes this year. Among the few changes has been additional seating being added to Woody’s Lunchbox, which is arguably the best Quick Service restaurant in Hollywood Studios, and my (Jamie’s) personal favorite! Right now, Woody’s Lunchbox is also the ONLY dining location in Toy Story Land.

Another big change to Toy Story Land is the addition of Jessie’s Trading Post, a fun new merchandise location where you can channel your inner child!

Perhaps the biggest new addition to Andy’s backyard in Toy Story Land is the new Roundup Rodeo BBQ restaurant. This table service restaurant was announced earlier this year, much to the excitement of Toy Story fans everywhere! While we don’t know exactly when this new restaurant will open, we know that it is slated to be ready to serve Guests later this year. Head over HERE to check out the exciting progress being made!

“Once inside, you’ll be surrounded by all of the rodeo festivities in-action as well as western town and train station play sets. And you just might spot some of your favorite Disney•Pixar characters scattered throughout the restaurant in the form of toys and game pieces including a toy version of Jessie riding on the back of a Trixie pull-toy and unique toy versions of Bo Peep and her sheep, all who appear to be performing in the rodeo together.”

Disney has shared a new video giving us a first look at what to expect once Roundup Rodeo BBQ opens its doors. The segment, featuring Bobby Rivera Otero, Chef de Cuisine Concept Development, gives us a look at some of the food and table-setting concepts that we can expect when the restaurant opens later in 2022.

It looks as though Disney is going for full immersion here, with details such as Bucket O Soldiers and Barrel of Monkeys used in the place settings, mason jars for cups, and plenty of red gingham and “paper” plates-which are actually bone china!

Check out the segment in the video below, which starts at 3:52.
