Disney is getting ready for Halfway to Halloween, and we are expecting some party announcements soon! Here are the details.
Halfway to Halloween
Can you believe we are almost halfway to Halloween?! It’s true! April 28 marks the halfway point, and Disney has some spooky fun to get us all in the mood. We are expecting some fun at-home activities along with Disney Parks announcements.
Disney has taken the opportunity the last few years to announce Disney World and Disneyland events during these Halfway to Halloween events, so we are fully expecting some party announcements!
Do you think we will have Boo Bash or Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party?
In the meantime, Disney is kicking off the fun a bit early – like today! From Disney Parks Blog:
We’re unearthing some dreadfully delicious Halloween-inspired eats and treats at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. And then, less than 24 hours later, we’ll be digging up another early must-see treat with a hauntingly helpful Halloween-themed At-Home Planning Guide.
On Wednesday, there’s more to come during our special @DisneyParks Twitter Watch Party featuring a favorite film of the Halloween season on Disney+.
Bring your favorite snacks and join us live on Twitter on April 27 beginning at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. We’ll also be sharing new Disney Halloween-inspired digital wallpaper art earlier in the day- created especially for the occasion.
April 28 festivities
During our big, daylong #HalfwaytoHalloween celebration on Thursday, it’s nothing but treats as we share several frightfully fantastic Disney Parks Halloween and other spooky announcements that you won’t want to miss.
And we’ll be your ghost host for a first-of-its-kind @DisneyParks TikTok Live beginning Thursday at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT. It’ll be the first time we’re live from multiple Disney Parks locations including Disney Cruise Line featuring some fa-boo-lous surprises.
You can also expect some mummy-approved “shriek peek” surprises, a new “Hocus Pocus” Sanderson Sisters-inspired look for all of our Disney Parks channels and much more.

I think it will be MNSSHP, but at the higher cost of the Boo Bash. Disney knows fans love the MNSSHP more and want it back and they also already know that we were willing to shell out the money for less last year. I think they will try to capture the higher crowd volume at the higher rate. The mouse is getting very greedy these days.
