Character Locator
Do you have your touring strategy ready to go on Character Locator? Be sure to make note of the following changes and adjust your plans accordingly! You can also find updated hours with your subscription as well.
There are color-coded calendars to help you decide which parks to visit each day! Additionally, find full menus, park maps, and attraction information all in one spot.
Magic Kingdom
Many are heading to Disney World for the holiday season, and Magic Kingdom just screams holiday cheer. Those visiting on the following dates should make note of these changes:
- December 12: opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am
- December 14: opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am
- December 15: closes at 10:00 pm instead of 9:00 pm; this pushes Extended Evening Hours to 12:00 am
- December 16: opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am
- December 17: opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am

Epcot
The Festival of the Holidays just kicked off, and we are loving all the new merchandise and festivities! Make note of the following changes:
- December 12: opens at 10:00 am instead of 11:00 am
- December 18: opens at 10:00 am instead of 11:00 am
- December 19: opens at 10:00 am instead of 11:00 am
- December 20: opens at 10:00 am instead of 11:00 am
- December 21: opens at 10:00 am instead of 11:00 am
- December 22: opens at 10:00 am instead of 11:00 am
- December 23: opens at 10:00 am instead of 11:00 am
- December 24: opens at 10:00 am instead of 11:00 am
- December 25: opens at 10:00 am instead of 11:00 am
Animal Kingdom
I adore the natural decor up throughout Animal Kingdom during the holiday season. Be sure to check it out when you’re in the park! Here are the changes we are seeing:
- December 12: opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am; closes at 8:00 pm instead of 7:00 pm
- December 13: opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am
- December 14: opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am
- December 15:nopens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am
- December 16: opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am
- December 17: opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am
- December 18: opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am; closes at 8:00 pm instead of 7:00 pm
Hollywood Studios
Currently, there are no changes in park hours for Hollywood Studios. Operating hours are consistently 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The vintage holiday decor cannot be missed! Be sure to see Gertie and the tree along with the old-time tinsel and accents.
