Our family absolutely loved the new Muppets Haunted Mansion special now streaming on Disney+. We are just a wee bit jealous of the fun behind-the-scenes “Muppets Haunted Mansion” exhibit that now greets Guests in Disneyland. Be sure to check this out HERE.
Although many of us may not be able to enjoy this fun exhibit, we now have a fun way to bring a hauntingly good time to your Halloween weekend.
Haunted Mansion Effect
After returning from your tour of the Haunted Mansion you are warned by a Cast Member to, “Beware of hitchhiking ghosts! They have selected you to fill our quota, and they’ll haunt you until you return! Now I will raise the safety bar and a ghost will follow you home.”
Now a fun photo effect is available for Instagram users which allows Disney fans to become a ghost bust as featured in the Haunted Mansion attraction. The Walt Disney World Instagram page shares: “Attention, mortals: The happy haunts seek one more ghost for their jamboree. Try the limited-time Haunted Mansion AR effect by tapping (stars) on your profile. But hurry, before it disappears! Mwahaha”
To jump into this iconic attraction simply go to your Story on Instagram. Keep on scrolling until you reach the magnifying glass with stars and type in “Haunted Mansion AR.”
