We have the answer to the question many people have been asking! News dropped today of more resorts that will be eligible for Disney’s new Early Theme Park Entry Program! But wait, there’s more! These resorts will also be eligible for the new Extended Evening Hours, too!

Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration

Walt Disney’s 50th Anniversary Celebration is going be one spectacular 18-month event! Beginning October 1st, 2021 guests will be treated to brand a new firework celebration at Magic Kingdom, Harmonious at EPCOT, and NEW character costumes and cavalcades!

We will also see brand new daytime show Disney KiteTails” premiere at Disney’s Animal Kingdom park and all of the Disney Parks icons will get a special makeover.

Early Park Entry

Disney announced at the beginning of the year that Extra Magic Hours would be retired. In their place would be a brand new program called Early Theme Park Entry.

This perk is specifically for on-site resort guests and will allow 30 minutes early entry into ANY park EVERY DAY. Guests must haveproof of valid theme park admission, park reservation and Resort ID.

Just a few days ago, we posted that Disney had released the list of which hotels would be eligible for this new program. A few resorts were noticeably missing from the list.

This past week, Shades of Green announced they would be added to the list of resorts eligible for Early Theme Park Entry.

Now, we have news of a few more resorts that have been finally added to the list! Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, along with the new Walt Disney World Swan Reserve Hotel, will now be eligible for Early Theme Park Entry!

These resorts are absolutely amazing! You can read all about why should should consider a stay at the Swan Resort HERE! For a full review of and the Dolphin Resort HERE!

Extended Evening Hours

We shared last month that guests staying at Disney Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resort hotels will also be able to enjoy extended evening hours on select nights in select theme parks

It is now confirmed that the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin and Swan Reserve will also be among the resorts eligible to enjoy Extended Evening Hours!

Extended evening hours will begin in early October with specific dates and parks to be shared at a later time.

Beginning Oct 1st, Swan and Dolphin and Swan Reserve resort guests will be able to enjoy Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Hours!

And still no moderates or values included for the extended evening hours, but Swan, Dolphin and the new resort are? That doesn’t seem right.

I'm thrilled SOG is included in the Early Theme Park Entry. but I'm confused. Is SOG not included in the extended evening hours along with Swan and Dolphin? Usually if Swan and Dolphin are included SOG is included as well
