Many Disney parks fans plan their trips around their favorite snacks and drinks. They dedicate part of their touring plans to acquiring things like a Dole Whip, a Mickey Premium Bar or a Mickey Pretzel. A fan favorite pretzel recently made its grand return to Walt Disney World at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
In recent years, Walt Disney World has offered the classic Mickey pretzel, the jalapeno pretzel and even a caramel filled pretzel. But the biggest fan favorite pretzel has been the Cream Cheese Pretzel.
All of the variety pretzels were removed from the menus with the grand re-opening of the parks in early July and fans clamored for something different than merely the Mickey shaped pretzel.
Walt Disney World has heard your pleas and the Cream Cheese Pretzel has returned!
The Location
You can find the Cream Cheese pretzel at the Pretzel and Churro stand next to Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. I almost typed The Great Movie Ride. Admit it, you still think of that amazing experience as well. I really miss the Cowboy scene and the Wicked Witch. Here’s looking at you pretzel cart!
The Cream Cheese Pretzel is a recent addition, so it’s not on the regular menu board, so they created a little placard for it. It costs $7.25. There currently is no Disney Dining Plan, so snack credit is not actually an option, even though the sign thinks they have snack credits.

It’s a little smaller than the Mickey shaped Pretzel, but just as filling. You can always add this and any other menu item to your touring plan on Character Locator as well!
The Details
If you’ve never had a Cream Cheese Pretzel, you’re probably thinking that it sounds weird. The pretzel itself tastes a little different and isn’t as dense as the traditional pretzel. The Cream Cheese inside isn’t super sweet. It’s not like a Toaster Strueddel, but more like a Cream Cheese bagel.
The pretzel was moist and warm and the cream cheese oozes from the pretzel with it’s warm gooiness. It has some little crumbly things on top that are supposed to add to the flavor, but didn’t really add much to the pretzel.
On your next visit to Hollywood Studios, be sure to add the Cream Cheese pretzel to your plan by adding the Pretzel and Churro cart on Character Locator!
