From May 29 – June 8, Dole is hosting a social media challenge where fans create their own unique twist on the beloved treat. Read on for details!
Recently, Disney shared the treasured recipe for their iconic Dole Whip non-dairy treat! Now Dole has issued a challenge to fans: put your own spin on the classic Dole Whip!
We have seen so many variations of Dole Whips in the parks. There have been lime versions, raspberry versions, Dole Whip floats and Dole Whip pineapple upside-down cake, and even Dole Whip nachos!
Now it’s your turn! To participate, all you have to do is create your new Dole Whip variation, take a photo, and tag Dole’s account along with the hashtag #DIYDolewhip.
The fan with the winning Dole Whip creation will receive a Vitamix A2500 Ascent Series blender, which retails for approximately $500. Three additional runners up will be awarded Dole Whip inspired prize packs!
Dole has also partnered with Disney/Pixar to make fresh fruits and vegetables more fun and accessible for families. Part of this initiative will include adorable Pixar stickers on Dole fruits like pineapples and bananas.
Dole will encourage families to collect all the stickers with printable activity pages. These can be downloaded on Dole’s official website.
The initiative will also roll out various Pixar themed campaigns throughout 2020, starting this summer with a Monster’s Inc. themed campaign to take the “scare” out of eating more fruits and vegetables!
This fall, a Ratatouille themed campaign will follow the Monster’s Inc. one. Both initiatives will feature fun, new character-inspired recipes for entrees, sides and desserts that feature exotic fresh fruits and veggies!
