A $25 Day At One Of Disney’s Senses Spas? Yes, Please!!

For a stress-free Disney or Universal Studios vacation, let the FREE expert planners at Royal Carriage Vacations take care of every detail including dining reservations, applying discounts, and onboard cruise credit.

Did you know that a day of rejuvenation mid your Disney vacation could be yours for just $25.00? Yes, you read that right….$25.00 for a day of quiet relaxation at one of Disney’s two Senses Spas.

Senses-A Disney Spa and Salon at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is a world class spa, health club, and salon. Its Victorian style surrounds you in calming light and comforting music while offering each guest relaxation and pampering. Senses-A Disney Spa at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, a full service spa inspired by wellness retreats of upscale New York, transports guests to an era reminiscent of New York’s legendary mineral springs. Each of Disney’s Senses Spas offer a wide array of services customized for relaxation and rejuvenation….BUT….did you know that they also offer guests a $25.00 Day Pass?

Like myself, maybe you find yourself park touring tired and looking for some much needed, last minute time of relaxation? The Senses Spa Day Pass is perfect for you. It requires no appointment, is a set fee of $25.00 per guest-payable upon arrival, and allows the guest full access to either of Disney’s Senses Spas and all of its amenities.

Spa day pass guests are given a short tour of the spa, assigned a locker, and provided a plush robe and slippers. Once changed into their relaxation attire, day pass guests are free to use each of the spa amenities at their leisure.

Disney’s Senses Spa whirlpool–jets off or on; your choice-is a fabulous way to soothe those aching muscles from the long park days.  (Swimsuit required)

Maybe a few moments in the steam room is more your style? Disney even offers small cooling cloths for your use with these facilities. If you look closely you might even see a Mickey. I love the Disney details!

After spending a few moments steaming and soothing your tired muscles don’t forget to spend some time on one of these heated loungers. No, seriously! Don’t skip these! Warm and relaxing seems like such a simple description but it’s exactly what they are! Bring a book, take a nap, your choice!

Once you’ve rejuvenated your aching muscles wonder over to the relaxation room for a cool fruit infused water or a warm cup of tea and some delicious snacks.

Feeling fully refreshed, you are now ready to slip back into the locker and shower area where you will find everything from hair products to toothbrushes to shaving cream to help you prepare for your next destination.

Maybe you can only find a short amount of time for yourself during your Disney vacation. Perhaps you are like me and decided to rearrange plans the last minute. It could also be you would like to add a day extension to your already scheduled spa service. Whatever the reason, I highly recommend this hidden gem day pass at either of Disney’s Senses Spas. It’s likely to be the best $25.00 you spent your entire trip!

How do you relax while at Disney? Do you have a spa day planned during your next Disney trip? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Comment below or on Facebook.

This reminds me of the Rainforest Room day passes available on the Disney Cruise ships.

I wasn't able to find more info about this on the Disney site. Can you just show up and pay? Do you know if it is a limited time offer?

There is no appointment required. You can just arrive at the spa, purchase the day pass, and enjoy some relaxation time!

Hey do you happen to know how many of these spas have the heated loungers on property We discovered them on the Disney cruise, and my husband (who hates spas) LOVED them! I would like to plan another visit to a spa with some on our next visit in early 2020 - thanks!

On this day, I was at the Senses Spa at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and they had the heated loungers. I think it's safe to assume, from Disney website photos, that they are also at the Senses Spa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort as well.

Do you know what the age limit is? Would my 12 year old daughter be allowed? I’d pay for her pass, of course.

While I do not have definite information regarding minimum requirements for the spa day pass, I did find this information on the Disney spa website under the "Know Before You Go" section. "Age Requirement-- Guests younger than 18 years must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times—during service treatment times and in lounge areas. Please speak to a Spa Cast Member if you have any questions. Select services for Guests ages 4 to 12 are available."
