Disney's World's Mobile Order expands to Epcot Counter Service

Epcot is adding the Electric Umbrella to their Mobile Order service that allows you to order your food without standing in a long line.  Liberty Inn will be coming soon.

On August 7, 2017 Liberty Inn will join the Mobile Order rollout.  They seem to be adding a new counter service restaurant every few days now.

With the Mobile Order program, you order your meals on the go and pay through the My Disney Experience application.  It allows you to bypass the line and go directly to a pickup window when your food is ready.

You cannot use any type of discount or dining plan with Mobile Order at this time.  When I asked a Disney World representative when those would be added, I was told, “It will be a while.”

If you’re paying with credit card, it can be a benefit during busy meal periods.  Here’s a list of restaurants that currently offer the program:

  • Epcot: Electric Umbrella
  • Magic Kingdom:  Columbia Harbour House, Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café, Pinocchio Village Haus,  Tomorrowland Terrace
  • Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree Barbecue, Pizzafari, Restaurantosaurus, Satu’li Canteen
  • Disney Springs: D-Luxe Burger.

  1. Thanks foe enquiring about when it might work with the DDP. Each time there’s an added restaurant that’s what I’m looking for.

We’re going in Sept but i won’t plan on mobile working with the DDP…but be pleasantly surprised when they bring on this functionality!

  2. I cant believe they still don’t do Mobile order from the Starbucks app! This is obviously working across the country and it may be one of the longest lines you wait in at the parks.
