Disney Dining Plan cost increase in effect
I keep having to be the bearer of bad news lately. Walt Disney World has increased the price of the Disney Dining Plan effective immediately, March 9, 2016. Costs went up about 3%, which is actually much less than the cost of many recent entree increases.
Doesnt look like they are putting out the free dining plan for 2016 huh ?
Has no effect upon free dining offers
what's next a per bag fee? maybe they could weigh the bags at security and impose an overweight bag fee as well?
Guess we are all going to have to throw a sandwich and chips on our backpacks and eat them at characterpalooza....voila a free character meal...lol
Does this mean the price will go up for people that already booked the dining plan for dates passed March 9th?

Kenny, Did you read the rumor about limitations on bringing food in to the parks which a few sites threw in to the Dining info posts? I was wondering if you had any thoughts on that...

Not to ask a stupid question, but with all the increases lately I'm honestly not sure - if you have already purchased and paid for a dining plan they will honor the old price, right?
