Beginning today, October 21, 2013, Mickey Mouse now communicates with park guests in the Magic Kingdom's Town Square Theater. As a part of this new experience, Mickey has a new "Magician" costume. He should be available full time now, but it's not 100% guaranteed that he'll appear for every meet just yet as Mickey sometimes needs to practice his magic tricks. If he doesn't speak, try him again later in the day. Expect wait times for Mickey in this location to increase dramatically once the word gets around. Meet him early in the day or use FASTPASS or FASTPASS+

Also beginning tomorrow, October 22, 2013, Minnie Mouse will no longer meet in Town Square Theater during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Parties. She is expected to relocate to the Castle Wall during each party.
hmmm is it okay if this is a little strange to me? But also totally cool as well???
Is there an end date set on this? Last year during the MVMCP he was in holiday tux with Minnie. I'd rather see talking Mickey this year!

Yes, that's the surprise that wasn't fully finished. He appeared a few times for training, but not consistently.
