The Beak and Barrel Just Got a Big Upgrade

This new upgrade answers Guests biggest complaint at Magic Kingdom's Beak and Barrel.

The Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired lounge, The Beak and Barrel, invites pirates both big and small. All are welcome to raise a toast to the pirate life. Guests visiting this lounge will find a "sea-worthy selection of grogs and grub."

Guests visiting the lounge will get to experience "sing-alongs, storytelling, and enchanting surprises."

Beak and Barrel Changes

Guests visiting the lounge will be limited to 45 minutes per party. Disney also reduced the number of Guests per party at The Beak and Barrel. When Guests are trying to make a reservation for The Beak and Barrel, the maximum party size is limited to 8 Guests.

Walt Disney World briefly added a new feature found on the My Disney Experience app that would allow Guests to "Join the Walk-Up List". Unfortunately, this feature never went live and was then later removed.

We hope that this the Walk-Up List will return for Beak and Barrel at Magic Kingdom and Geo-82 at EPCOT soon.

Great New Beak and Barrel Change

Stools are now added to The Cursed Bar to allow Guests to sit rather than simply standing while enjoying their beverages. This is a game changer for this space. In my opinion (Donna) this is the best spot at Beak and Barrel.

New seating is now added at Beak and Barrel's Cursed Bar.

This spaces gives you the perfect view of Rummy as he welcomes patrons and keeps an eye on the crew, quick with a story, joke, or song as he wobbles out from his main roost in the hollow of the skull's eye.
