Here at Kenny the Pirate, we love meeting rare characters. Rare characters tend to be seen during events like runDisney race weekends, Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic, Easter, Valentine's Day, and Earth Day to name a few.

Sweethearts' Nite
Disney World and Disneyland both offer After Hours Events. However, when it comes to characters, Disneyland offers so many more rare characters! ON select nights in January and February, Disneyland hosts Sweethearts' Nite.
This event is held on select nights beginning January 22 through February 17, 2026 at Disneyland Park from 9:00pm until 1:00am.
In addition to snacks and lower wait time, guests attending Sweethearts' Nite can enter the park early at 6:00pm. Guests also have the most fun dressing up, meeting and interacting with popular Disney couples.

Lottie La Bout make her Debut at Disneyland After Hours: Sweethearts' Nite!
Guests that have attended the first night reported that Lottie could be found meeting Guests in New Orleans Square.
