One Big Reason Disney's Jollywood Nights Is Now a Success

After several years of struggling, Disney guests feel like Jollywood Nights is worth the price. Find out what is new and the big reason for its success this year.

Disney Jollywood Nights have changed quite a bit since it first debuted. Walt Disney World really listened to comments and concerns from guests to help make this a more magical experience. Last year, even more Disney characters joined the event, and fun, festive merchandise was available.

For this year, Disney introduces a great new character meet and greet, along with early access for party guests to enjoy Disney's Hollywood Studios before the event begins.

Jollywood Nights Gains Popularity

Many Disney guests question which special ticketed event is superior at Walt Disney World: Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Park (at Magic Kingdom) or Jollywood Nights (at Disney's Hollywood Studios).

One of the biggest indicators of success is which event garners the most ticket sales. In 2024, only three dates sold out for Jollywood Nights compared to all dates selling out for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

Jollywood Nights is still fairly new, with this being the third year and Disney continues to make changes. Now, the first night of Jollywood Nights is sold out on November 8, 2025.

In 2024, the first night did sell out for Jollywood Nights, but this did not happen until the day before the event. Due to recent changes and the lower price of Jollywood Nights compared to that of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, we may see even more dates sell out.

The opening night of Jollywood Nights is now sold out.

If you hope to attend Jollywood Nights this year, act quickly to secure your tickets. Once a night sells out, it is very difficult to attend.
