Is Disney Hinting at a Big Dining Plan Change?
Disney World Guests have been divided on the new Disney Dining Plan, but could Disney be making a change soon?

Potentially save time and money on your Disney World vacation by purchasing a Disney Dining Plan. Enjoy a certain number of prepaid meals and snacks during your stay to make your vacation feel more "all-inclusive". Spend more time enjoying your vacation and less time on meal budgeting while you're at Disney.
Unfortunately, they eliminated the Deluxe and Plus plans for 2024. We speculated why this may have occurred HERE. You can purchase either the Quick-Service Plan or the Disney Dining Plan as part of your vacation package.

Disney Dining Plan Changes
The Walt Disney Company often sends out surveys to Disney guests to find ways to improve experiences on many different facets of the company. A recent survey was directed towards the Disney Dining Plan.
While completing this survey, guests are presented with 3 different Disney Dining Plan Tiers. The first plan is the most basic with no table service, 2 quick-service meals (per day), 1 snack or non-alcoholic drink (per day), and a resort refillable mug. This is similar to the current Quick-Service Dining Plan.
Where things get interesting is that Guests were surveyed with 2 additional Dining Plans. The first is similar to the current Disney Dining Plan with 1 table service meal (per day), 1 quick-service meal (per day), 1 snack or non-alcoholic drink (per day), and a resort refillable mug.
The second Dining Plan option resembles the former Disney Deluxe Dining Plan with 2 table service meals (per day), 1 quick service meal (per day), 1 snack or non-alcoholic drink (per day), and a resort refillable mug.
Will the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan Return?
The Deluxe Dining Plan was introduced just before the parks closed in 2020. When the Disney Dining Plan returned in 2024, this was no longer an option.
Disney is now surveying guests about the Deluxe Dining Plan
While this survey does not confirm that the Deluxe Dining Plan will return, it does appear that Disney is curious what Disney guests think of this dining plan.

A “Big” change would be if they were to bring back “Tables In Wonderland”. Now that would be “Big”!
I have always loved the Disney dining plan. The deluxe option is what we used to use and are sad that it didn't return last year. It just makes things easier to plan and feels more like an all inclusive
