Warning for EPCOT Guests This Summer

You will want to plan ahead if you are visiting EPCOT this summer, especially if you are using one of the great Walt Disney World summer ticket promotions.

Park hours are a great way to plan which park you would like to visit each day.

Walt Disney World posts rather standard park hours in advance, and many times these park hours are extended. This is great news when you are planning your trip to enjoy both an earlier entry and also a later park closing.

Disney shares that of all four seasons, summer offers the cheapest times to visit Walt Disney World with these special new offers.

Disney World Summer Ticket Deals

Guests can enjoy a "4-day, 4-park Magic Ticket" starting at $109 per day ($436 total, plus tax) for visits starting on May 26 through September 26, 2025.

This ticket allows Guests access to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom, each for one day only.

There is also the 2:00 pm 2-Day Ticket or a 3-Day Ticket. This is a good discount for Guests visiting later in the day. However, if you are using either of these promotions, you will want to avoid EPCOT on July 1, 2026.

EPCOT Closing Early

Guests who have a single park ticket will want to avoid EPCOT on July 1, 2026. The park will close at 5:30 pm (rather than the standard 9:00 pm).

EPCOT closes early on July 1, 2026.

This early closure is surprising since Disney promised a big July 4th celebration as the United States of America celebrates its 250th Anniversary. At EPCOT, this celebration will include a new "Soarin' Across America" overlay along with speical "Heartbeat of Freedom" fireworks finale.
