Brand New Guardians of the Galaxy Dining Coming to EPCOT

Grab fuel before you blast off to "Save the Galaxy" with this brand-new Guardians of the Galaxy themed dining experience.

Walt Disney World offers many great attractions, entertainment offerings, and, of course, great dining locations. EPCOT hosts several international festivals throughout the year, featuring great food booths.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is, without a doubt, one of the most popular attractions at Walt Disney World right now.

Located in EPCOT, we are honestly a little surprised that a culinary twist has not already been offered for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

Guardians of the Galaxy Dining

Today, Walt Disney World announced that a brand new food booth will be offered during the International Food and Wine Festival this year: "Gyozas of the Galaxy" (located near the Creations Shop).

This new food booth will offer three unique food options. First, Buffalo-style Dumplings: Chicken dumplings with buffalo sauce, celery root purée, blue cheese cream, crumbled blue cheese, shaved carrot, and micro celery.

Second, French Onion Soup-style Dumplings (featured above): pork and beef soup dumplings with caramelized onions, sherry-beef broth, onion and Gruyère soubise, Parmesan cracker, and micro chives.

Third, Street Corn-style Dumplings (featured below): Chicken dumplings with tomatillo salsa verde, street corn salad, cotija cheese, lime crema, and cilantro.

The "Gyozas of the Galaxy" food booth will open on September 28, 2025. Just as a reminder, the International Food and Wine Festival will run from August 28 to November 22, 2025.

This booth will also offer 2 unique beverages. The first, Pineapple Colada: white rum, DOLE Pineapple Juice, and sweetened coconut milk. Second, a Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Gris.
