The runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes have arrived. Is this collaboration a perfect pair?

runDisney and Brooks have teamed up for a multi-year collaboration. This will include Brooks creating all the official runDisney race shirts for the runDisney race weekends and Disney-themed running shoes. Popular Disney characters will be featured on the shoes.
This partnership will bring Brooks to create official runDisney race shirts for the runDisney race weekends and Disney-themed running shoes.

Virtual Queue and Call Back
To be able to purchase the runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes on the first day of the Expo. The Virtual Queue opened at 8:30 AM.
I entered the queue, and my call back was estimated originally for around 2:30 PM. My group ended up being called back around 1:30 PM.
When I arrived at the Expo, I went to the Merchandise Shop expecting a long wait. Normally, on day one, you queue inside even after your group is called. This was not the case.
When my group was called you could either enter the Merchandise Shop or enter the room to the right if you wanted to purchase the runDisney-themed Brooks shoes.
Last Chance Try On
If you were looking for the runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes, you were directed into the room on the right. Here you were given a shoe order form.
To buy the shoes you must complete the order form.
Shoppers who knew what shoe model and size they wanted were able to go directly into the Brooks purchasing area.
If you wanted to try on the shoes before purchase there was a try-on area. This area offered a try-on with Brooks employee’s assistance or you could try on alone.
This try-on area moved inside the runDisney Merchandise Shop later in the weekend.
Check Out
After completing your shoe order form, you were directed to the queue to purchase the shoes. I loved that the purchasing area was a giant shoe box!
Earlier in the day, these lines were full but shoppers reported they moved quickly. However, when I visited lines were minimal.
When purchasing the shoes, you were not able to try them on as there were model shoes available in the previous room. All sales were final on the first day with no returns or exchanges. It was reported that shoppers were able to return on the second and third day of the expo and exchange shoes.
On the first day of the Expo, shoppers were only allowed to purchase one shoe of each model. On the second day of the Expo, shoppers could purchase two of each model. On the final day of the Expo, there was no limit on the number of shoes you could purchase!
Final Thoughts
Brooks Running and runDisney knocked this release out of the park. I do not think this release could have gone any smoother!
Brooks had more than enough shoes, which was perfection! Low merchandise inventory is always a complaint among athletes at the runDisney Expos and athletes were not disappointed.
The runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes are now available online for purchase!

Brooks also shared that there will be four more models to be released throughout the year. I can’t wait to see the rest!
