TRON is an incredibly popular new attraction at the Magic Kingdom. Right now, you must join a virtual queue or pay to ride. Soon, it will move to a standby queue on select nights in 2024! See all the details here.
After Hours
Want to avoid hot weather and high crowds? Do you prefer to experience the parks at night instead of during the day? After Hours events are the perfect opportunity to do just that!
These special-ticketed events cost about the same as regular park admission. However, they do offer less time in the park and not nearly the amount of entertainment that is available during the day.
But, on the flip side, if your main goal is to avoid long wait times for your favorite attractions, After Hours is the way to do it. Disney just shared all the details for 2024.
Epcot Dates
Take in the beauty of Spaceship Earth at night and ride your favorite attractions at Epcot. Events will take place on select nights starting February 2 through April 4, 2024.
Guests can enter the park at 7:00 pm and the official After Hours events are 10:00 pm to 1:00 am. That’s 6 hours!
Tickets costs $149-$159 plus tax.
Hollywood Studios Events
What’s better than dropping into the 5th dimension at midnight? Hollywood Studios will also participate in After Hours beginning January 10. The event will run on select nights through April 10, 2024.
Enter the park as early as 7:00 pm and stay until 12:30 am. The event officially kicks off at 9:30 pm. That’s 5.5 hours of fun in Andy’s backyard and Batuu!
Tickets cost between $155-$175 plus tax.
Magic Kingdom Dates
Experience more than 20 attractions at Magic Kingdom’s After Hours events. On select evenings from January 11 to April 8, enter the park as early as 7:00 pm and stay until 1:00 am. that means you can catch Happily Ever After!
Disney also shares that Enchantment will return to Magic Kingdom during these events. So, Guests can watch both shows during their event.
Enchantment will return to Magic Kingdom during After Hours evenings.
Also, a standby queue IS planned for TRON during these events! This will mark the first time Disney announces a standby queue for the ride. We are curious to see how this pans out during the events.
Tickets cost $155-$175 plus tax for Magic Kingdom After Hours.
More Important Info
If you have a Disney Resort reservation (including Shades of Green, Swan/Dolphin), you can purchase tickets beginning November 7. You must call!
Other guests can purchase event ticks beginning November 14. There is a discount for Passholders and DVC. There are no dates planned for Animal Kingdom.
