One of the things that sets Disney Parks apart from other theme parks is the wide variety of live entertainment. Storytelling is at the center of everything Disney Live Entertainment does.

Whether you’re enjoying a Disney parade, Broadway show, or interacting with characters, the Disney Live Entertainment team brings all of this and so much more to life.

Disney Live Entertainment is seeking JAZZ PIANISTS for an upcoming theme park offering. Per the casting call, the performer must be able to play proficiently in the solo piano jazz style. They will be required to learn specific music and engage with guests within the story of the film. Knowledge of jazz music and historical musicians a plus.

This casting call is looking for Joe Gardner as seen in the Pixar film SOUL.

Middle-school band teacher from New York City has always loved teaching, but underlying was a passion for playing jazz piano professionally. After one small misstep takes him from the streets of NYC to “The Great Before”, Joe gets a second chance at life, and finds himself ready and eager to share his knowledge and talents with the world!

Tiana’s Reimagined Area

Tiana’s Palace will be the newest restaurant on Orleans Street at Disneyland Park. Within its peach-colored walls and fancy green wrought-iron balconies, you’ll find elegant fixtures and appointments reminiscent of Tiana’s life and friendships.

The new Tiana’s Palace will have much of the same pinch of pizzazz and flair as the restaurant from the film, offering authentic New Orleans flavors inspired by Tiana’s friends and adventures in this quick-service style restaurant. While Tiana’s Palace is not a character dining location, guests may find Tiana in New Orleans Square.
