Big news is coming to Cinderella’s Royal Table. Find out when characters will return.
Cinderella’s Royal Table
Located in Cinderella Castle, Cinderella’s Royal Table is a fine dining experience that includes a meet with Cinderella. Unfortunately, the other princesses are not meeting Guests in the dining hall yet, but you can get a picture with Cinderella before heading upstairs.
Prior to the park closing, this was a full-character meal, but at the time it was still modified quite a bit for the hefty price tag. The bad news is that this already high-priced meal received a big price increase back in the fall. This was disappointing especially with character dining being unavailable at this location.
Character Dining Returns
You can almost hear the trumpets sounding because the princesses will arrive very soon at Cinderella’s Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom. Previously the Walt Disney World website shared that the character dining was currently unavailable at this location. This has been the case since the parks reopened back in July 2020.
Previously guests could see Cinderella, but she did not roam throughout the dining room. At that time, she was the only princess greeting guests.
Now the Walt Disney World website shares that “Characters will return on February 28, 2023.” At this time, there is no indication of which characters will return on this date. We will continue to share updates to characters and any other changes that may occur with the return of these princesses.

Food was great, and the service as well. We were just there for the Mickey Christmas Party event BUT there was no immersion, just a big cafeteria dining hall. Not the WOW experience I was hoping for but better than Beauty and the Beast Castle

It wasn't worth the price without characters. We ate there in late November...the experience was a total dud. Food wasn't very good and neither was the service. Had decided to skip it from now on, but maybe we'll come back since the princesses will be there.
