Guests visiting Walt Disney World will see a big change for the newest attraction in EPCOT. Check out how this big change may affect your upcoming touring plans to Walt Disney World.

Remy’s Ratatoiulle Adventure

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is part of the France Pavilion expansion taking place at EPCOT. Remy fans have been eagerly awaiting the opening of Disney’s newest attraction, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.

Originally set to open in 2020, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure’s timeline has seen some significant delays. The closing and phased reopening of Walt Disney World in 2020 pushed back the timeline on completion of this highly anticipated attraction.

Guests were delighted to enjoy this attraction on October 1, 2021. With the opening of this attraction Guests were give a different queue options: Individual Lighting Lange and a Virtual Queue.

Recently a BIG change came for this attraction which allowed select Guest to enjoy this attraction for Extended Evening Hours. Check out which Guests can enjoy this fun perk. There is now a new change for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.

On January 10, 2022, Walt Disney World will no longer offer a virtual queue for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. Starting January 10, 2022, Guests will be able to join a traditional stand-by queue for this attraction.

Of course, the Individual Lighting Lane option will still be available for Guests to purchase to enjoy this attraction. It will be interesting to see how the wait times may be affected by this new change.

  1. Wow. This is awful. How much more money can Disney squeeze out of everyone? I DESPISE Lightening Lanes/Genie+. I appreciated the virtual ques because I was successful in every attempt (thanks, Kenny!).

  2. Well of course not! Disney doesn’t make money on virtual queues! If they can make the likes hella long then they can charge LL . I’ve ridden this ride and it’s not worth even 5$ in my opinion!! It’s all screens and sitting in a mouse whipping you around to different screens. It’s like being in a universal ride. Dizzying and boring! Don’t give Disney anymore money! They need to bring back fast passes and stop this greedy bs now!!!
