Disney’s Phased Reopening
Walt Disney World has slowly been reopening their resorts, restaurants and more since their reopening last July.
With the news of Disney’s All Star Music and Port Orleans resorts reopening later this year, it means that all of Walt Disney World’s resorts will be open by the end of this year. This is terrific news!
The next resorts to reopen are Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House and Disney’s All-Star Music Resort. You can look forward to those resorts opening up as early as August 26th for Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and September 16th for Disney’s All-Star Music Resort.

We are excited to see that Boma has recently reopened at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. This restaurant is a great buffet for guests, and you can read Jamie’s review of this great dining location HERE.
With the news of Boma reopening, it also means buffets are making their return back to Walt Disney World Resorts and theme parks. Even more buffets are returning soon and you can read about those HERE.
Victoria Falls Lounge
If you have plans to either stay or visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, you will be pleased to see that Victoria Falls Lounge has reopened.

Overlooking Boma restaurant, guests can sample a variety of wines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and enjoy a small selection of menu items. I (Maggie) would recommend the Goat Cheese Dip if you are looking for a light appetizer to enjoy.
Victoria Falls Lounge is open daily from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
