A brand new nighttime spectacular is coming to Magic Kingdom Park in honor of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration!
The new show will launch on October 1. To date, very little has been released about the show, but we finally have some details on what to expect!
This brand new spectacular will inspire everyone (even nonbelievers!) to believe in magic!
The newest nighttime show promises captivating Disney music, enhanced lighting, and immersive projections.
For the first time, the projections will extend all the way down Main Street, instead of just on Cinderella Castle.
A brand new emotional song will also debut with Disney Enchantment. Seven-time GRAMMY winner Phillip Lawrence wrote “You Are the Magic” for Disney Enchantment, and it is sure to be phenomenal.
Of course, what would a nighttime spectacular be without fireworks? Throughout the show, fireworks will fill the sky, providing for an all around fantastic event for Guests in Magic Kingdom and at surrounding Resorts with great views!
“Since opening day in 1971, dazzling fireworks shows have provided that perfect exclamation point at the end of a fantastic day at Magic Kingdom Park,” said Mark Renfrow, Show Director, Disney Live Entertainment. “From ‘Fantasy in the Sky’ and ‘Wishes’ to holiday spectaculars and ‘Happily Ever After,’ each new show has raised the bar, and the best is yet to come! I can’t wait for everyone to see what we’re creating with ‘Disney Enchantment.’”

Disney Enchantment has so much to offer us!
In this show, we’ll join dreamers like Tiana, Miguel, Rapunzel, and brothers Ian & Barley from Onward on an incredible journey. We’ll even encounter our favorite adventurers like Moana, Raya, and Judy Hopps.
We will even venture into “the zone” with Joe Gardner from “Soul,” where we’ll discover a whimsical world inspired by Disney artist Mary Blair. Here we’ll even see beloved characters from Beauty and the Beast, Alice in Wonderland, Luca, and Wreck it Ralph.
But what about Tinkerbell?
I know many of you have one big question on your mind. Will Tink still take flight and soar over Magic Kingdom?
I’m thrilled to tell you that we don’t just fly, we soar! Tinker Bell will still take flight, spreading shimmering gold pixie dust as she soars above Magic Kingdom.

“Disney Enchantment” features characters, moments, and music from dozens of Disney and Pixar animated films. The show takes us beyond the ordinary to a land of magic, where we’re swept up in a world of wonder filled with friendship, love and fun.
