No one wants to think of needing health care services while visiting the “Most Magical Place on Earth.” In case a need does arise that care is needed, Walt Disney World will have you covered. Check out this newest service that will now be offered.

AdventHealth

Many Walt Disney World Guests may have been unaware that for more than 20 years AdventHealth has partnered with Walt Disney World.

The first sign that many Disney World Guests saw of AdventHealth was in with the mandatory temperature screenings. This new health and safety protocol was part of the reopening of Walt Disney World in July 2020.

However, now temperature screenings will soon be phased out for both Cast Members and Guests. Check out the dates for both of these HERE.

New Partnership

AdventHealth has now become the Official health care provider of Walt Disney World. They will now provide services for those Guests with pre-existing conditions and also those with unexpected health needs.

Walt Disney World President, Jeff Vahle, shares, “The health and well-being of our guests as they enjoy a visit to Walt Disney World is very important to us. This enhanced relationship allows for access to AdventHealth’s services, as needed, should our guests have health care questions both before or during their vacation.”

Because “a trip to Walt Disney World should be free from worries, not free from care.

New Health Care Options

Walt Disney World will be able to connect with telemedicine directly from the MyDisneyExperience app very soon. You can easily schedule a video visit with a health care provider at your convenience.

The AdventHealth World of Wellness will include: athletic training, official medical provider of runDisney, emergency room, urgent care and virtual care, care concierge call center, vacation planning, and equipment and prescription delivery.

This will provide peace of mind for Guests to be able to fully enjoy their vacation. Plans are in the works for a state of the art all new emergency room to be built at Flamingo Crossing Town Center. This will allow Guests “enhanced patient experience for those who need emergency care.”

Guests will soon be able to access these Advent Health Care Services on the My Disney Experience app.

Umm the vaccine doesnt prevent you from getting covid or passing it to others. They dont even know how long its effective. Everyone who gets a shot seems to think that makes them immune. Here comes the next wave of covid! Masks are still needed but not outside or on roller coasters! Just because you have a vaccine doesnt mean you get more privileges than non vaccinated people. If that becomes true then watch out..it means the end is near!

Cut the commercials. Get rid of the mask mandate for vaccinated people and little kids.
