I have done this with an annual pass. If you are all about the rides…it is worth it. You can literally get them all with walking on. I have a picture with my granddaughter and we look like we rented out Its a Small World for ouselves!!
Can you leave the park and come back? Say if we had to bring a youngster back to the room if he fell asleep?
You could
Hey Kenny! Hope you can help me with this. Planning on doing this event 2/2 with my two girls yay! (hubby staying at the hotel boo!) My younger one is my wild card and may not make it to 11:00. We are staying at the Poly so if I had to send my youngest back with my husband, where could I meet my husband to hand off the kid? LOL
Can he take the monorail and meet us somewhere close to the entrance?
Thanks for all you do!!!
He could meet you outside the gate
Ten years ago this program was offered for 2 extra hours on select nights. I believe it was called " E NIGHTS " It was $10.00
E Ticket nights ended in 2004. They cost $12.72 per adult for 3 extra hours and offered the following attractions:
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Buzz Lightyear
Haunted Mansion
Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Mickey's PhilharMagic
Peter Pan's Flight
Space Mountain
Splash Mountain
"$89 per Annual Passholder/Disney Vacation Member adult or child (tax not included)"
According to Disney's website.
I investigated further on Disney's website and discovered that on the Friday night dates (including January 27th) the extra hours are actually from 9:00pm-12;00am. Now to decide what to do . . .
They allow entry at 7pm with this hard ticket event
Currently, on Disney's website (and on Character Locator), the Magic Kingdom's park hours for January 27th are listed as 9:00am-9:00pm with EMH from 8:00am-9:00am, so how would these extra hours work? I hope they will not be cutting the park hours for this as I have had my ADR for a long time and based on this schedule.
They aren't lowering the hours, just allowing these folks to enter the park at 7pm
Does Wishes still take place on these nights for those staying until regular park close?
agreed that is a lot for 3 hours
/\ Well said, sir.
I can't believe that I am even considering this, but once I found out that there was an AP/DVC discounted price of $89, it certainly has me mulling it over for my Jan. trip.
That's $595 plus tax for my family of 5 for 3 hours... I feel like I could buy a lot of Mickey bars for that and just wake up early to rope drop with low crowds on a regular day. I'm not sure I see the limited time being worth the $$$
/\ smart
At what time can you enter the park? Is the ticket for the whole day inclusive the magic hours.
No this ticket doesn't include a full day
I probably wouldn't pay for that on top of a regular trip cost. I like the idea of an empty park, but I feel like they are taking park hours away that I thought I paid for with an AP and asking me to buy those hours back at a higher rate.
Are there any special charactet meet and greets beside Princess Fairytale Hall
Nothing special happens. You just pay more for 3 hours than you would for a full day
Just realized Space mountain was open for us but I don't see it on this list. I hope it will be open for those who do it.
Wasn't mentioned by Disney, but may be oversite?
We were "pixie dusted" these last April. It was absolutely awesome to have the park almost to yourself and we really enjoyed it but $119 each for a family of 4 is still expensive. I would love to do it again but would have to think long and hard about spending that much money.
It was so amazing when we did it on our last trip in April/May that we did it a second time on the same trip!! We loved loved loved it!! The pictures I have are amazing!!!! We would do this and so sad it's not this month!!
If it is offered when we go, we would definitely consider it. We are a family of night owls. Do you know if there will be any AP or DVC discounts offered? Thanks
None mentioned at this time
We did one of these when they offered them before. It was awesome. Like having the park all to yourself. Truly empty. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Nope
