Can you recommend a good hotel that is more on the affordable end and maybe a rental cars drive or an uber drive away from downtown Disney? My husband recently became a flight attendant and I'm considering flying standby down there for a couple days with my kids. Thanks for any recommendations!

Dollar rent a car always has great rental codes and I always get a car for under $250.00 for the entire week, that is after all the taxes and fees.....and I usually rent a mini van which is usually more expensive.

Downtown Disney has some nice hotels that usually aren't very costly. I usually search for available rental car discount codes when I need one.

I love Disney's Trees.. I was so sorry when Camp Mickey/Minnie was closed because that also was the end of special themed Christmas trees. Now new trees. I can not wait for our trip in December. Thank for the update!

I miss Camp Minnie Mickey too. Loved the characters in costume there too.
