I feel your pain. My friend also ran into this problem. Luckily she had paid a $20.00 cancelation fee when she purchased her airline tickets. Despite that, she was on the phone for 40 minutes with JetBlue. They couldn't compute that she shouldn't have to pay any fees. Eventually the person got the picture but working with them was this side of impossible. As a side thought, pay with American Express next time. They will dispute charges in your favor, get ticket insurance and be prepared to educate their customer service.

Hi Kenny, Is there a specific reason why the first xmas party is on a Sunday this year? I usually run the food wine half marathon and buy tickets for the second christmas party.

I need to vent. Family of five, and we bought our airline tickets from JetBlue to fly down to Orlando from Wash. DC on Sept. 9th and returning the afternoon of the 15th. We have been to MNSSHP before and loved it. After learning that the first party was the 15th, we tried to move our flight to and from Orlando back by one day so as not to miss the 1st party. Easy enough you'd think. Only Jet Blue tells me there will be a charge of $75.00 to change our flight (that is still 5 months out). $75.00? Cool, no problem, I can fit that into the budget to make the party. Nope, turns out they meant $75.00 per ticket. That breaks the budget. so it's a no can do for us this year and the party which really stinks. We went two years ago and absolutely loved it. In my personal opinion, it's the best fireworks show Disney puts on. So close but so far. PS, I tried talking to Jet Blue managers, but they won't budge on the charge.

We plan to become annual passholders when we visit in September. I want to buy tickets to the Halloween Party and Christmas parties now, but want to take advantage of the discount that will be available once we are annual passholders. Any chance Disney will refund the difference later? Or is it likely that we will still be able to get tickets in September, if we just wait?

Going to both the 15th and 18th parties. Do you think they will do the Villain Soiree again?
