ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States, including residents of the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Sponsor, Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. (“Disney”), Publix Super Markets, Inc., Dunn&Co., and the Administrator, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members and any other persons or entities associated with this Sweepstakes are ineligible to enter or win. Void outside of the USA, and where prohibited/restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on October 1, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on October 31, 2014 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Eligible Entrants will be able to enter the Sweepstakes by visiting a participating Publix store in the State of Florida, purchasing a specially marked Joffrey’s product, and obtaining the unique entry code from the product packaging. To complete the entry process, the Entrant must go to the Sponsor’s website (www.joffreys.com) and follow the links and instructions to complete the online registration form available atwww.joffreys.com/magic (the “Website”). The online registration form will request each Entrant’s full name, email address, phone number, zip code, and unique entry code. By properly completing the Sweepstakes registration form, the Entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
PRIZE & PRIZE CONDITIONS: There will be one (1) Prize Winner. The Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a 4 day/3 night trip for up to four (4) people to the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL (the “Location”). The Prize package includes: (a) room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room with a maximum of four (4) persons at a Walt Disney World® Resort Moderate hotel for three (3) nights (room and tax only) (b) 16 1-Day Magic Your Way Base Tickets, and (c) one (1) $50 Disney Gift Card to cover the cost of Joffrey’s beverages throughout the vacation. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total prize package is $2,749.08. If the actual value of Prize package is lower than the stated ARV when prize is procured and fulfilled, the difference will not be awarded. AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRIZE PACKAGE.
