Makingstarwars.net has broken a story that Disney Exceutives and George Lucas will be visiting Hollywood Studios this Thursday, April 24th to sample the breakfast foods that will be offered to those who are taking part in the upcoming Star Wars Character Meals that I told you about recently. It appears from the photos that they released that the samplings will include:
Appetizers:
- Anchorhead Appetizer: (Healthy Refreshing Juicy ) Seasonal Fresh Fruit – Diced melon and pineapple with red grapes with Yoda shaped Honeydew
- Sandpeople/Tuscan Raiders: (Healthy Refreshing Juicy )Seasonal Fresh Fruit and Berries – Diced melon with red grapes with Yoda shaped Honeydew
Pastries
- (Pastries from a galaxy far far away (Fun Decadent Flakey) – plate with Star Wars logo when server greets the guests. Cream filled Turnover, Chocolate Muffin and Almond Pastry
Main Course
- Mos Eisley Morning (Healthy Savory Light) – Egg White Omelet with Shitake Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions, Garlic Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Greek Yogurt with Berries
- Imperial Delight – (Sweet Fruity Sinful) Caramelized Banana Stuffed French Toast, Caramel Sauce and Strawberry Compote
- Gamorrean Goodness (Simple Hearty Traditional)- Traditional breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and breakfast potatoes
- Ackbar Surprise (Creamy Smokey Cheesy) Smoked Paprika dusted Shrimp pan seared and served with cheesy Grits
- The Kessel Run (Savory Creamy Hearty) Grilled Beef Tenderloin on Baby Spinach with Bacon and Cheddar Custard on a roasted tomato and Cheesy Horseradish Potatoes
- The Dune Sea (Smokey Hearty Savory) House smoked Salmon, Scrambled Eggs with Wild Mushroom Potato Hash, Multigrain Toast slathered with goat cheese butter
- Tatooine Sunrise (Simple Hearty Traditional) Traditional breakfast of Scrambled Eggs, Nuskie’s Bacon, Sausage Links and Breakfast Potatoes
“This meal will also be served for Star Wars Weekends, but the first time it will be served will be at this executive breakfast on April 24th. It will start “May 4th, and be used for 54 consecutive days afterward” for non-executives.”
Are there child friendly options available?
That is all that was in that post, but my kids would eat bacon, eggs and pastries. I’ll be at the first meal to verify

I tried for breakfast on the 6th shortly after it was announced (Mark Hammill weekend, fortunately.unfortunately). The CSR said there were no reservations for breakfast that entire weekend left. I’ve checked several times online since then, but have not called again.
