I just re-registered because my last trip was in 2019. I'm from Quebec and I'm a fan of the characters. I will be at WDW July 1-11. I have two questions. Does the Palooza character still exist (DHS - Epcot) and for the 4th of July celebration, are there characters that will be released in hotels like during Halloween?

Epcot training still exists. Palooza doesn't currently exist.
