New Changes

Last year, runDisney updated how athletes received their event pictures. Before, athletes would get a generic code which they then added their bib number to the end to receive their race photos. Now, Athletes are given a specific individual code to link to their account. This unique code can be found in each athlete's Check-In Pass.

PhotoPass uses an athlete's bib number during runDisney events to capture the memories of their magical miles.

Each athlete receives a Check-In Pass before attending the Health & Fitness Expo. The Check-In Pass is how each athlete will receive their race bib, and the Check-In pass will also now contain a 16-digit PhotoPass ID

To link your race photos through the My Disney Experience App:

  • Open the email containing your Check-In Pass to locate your PhotoPass ID
  • Open the My Disney Experience App and choose the menu
  • When in the Photo Gallery, click "Link Photos"
  • Enter the PhotoPass ID from your Check-In Pass in the "Type to Link PhotoPass Card" tab

Each athlete will receive a unique 16-digit PhotoPass ID to receive their Race Photos! One code per athlete, per race weekend.

To link your race photos through the DisneyPhotoPass.com:

  • Enter the PhotoPass ID from your Check-In Pass
  • Open the email containing your Check-In Pass to locate your PhotoPass ID
  • Visit DisneyPhotoPass.com and log in. Select "Link Photos"

runDisney has once again changed the PhotoPass guidelines. Athletes can now link up to a maximum of 10 runDisney PhotoPass IDs for each race weekend. This was previously 5 PhotoPass IDs per race weekend.

However, Disney has made sure that the wording for PhotoPass Sharing is clear. Violators could face termination of their Disney account. You can read more about this change HERE.
