Virtual Queue Returns to Disney World

Virtual Queues
Disney has been using virtual queues for quite some time now. The most popular way to utilize them is for attractions.
Walt Disney World made 2 BIG Virtual Queue changes earlier this year. Both Tiana's Bayou Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind moved to traditional standby queues.
The option remains for guests to purchase the Lightning Lane Multi-pass and select Tiana's Bayou Adventure as a Tier 1 attraction. To skip the line at Cosmic Rewind, guests must purchase the Lightning Lane Single Pass, which now has a new price increase.
"Zootopia Better Zoogether" Opening
"Zootopia Better Zoogether" is replacing the former "It's Tough To Be a Bug" 3D show held inside the iconic Tree of Life.
When "Zootopia Better Zoogether" opens, Guests will get to join the Zoogether Day festivities with familiar furry faces and new friends, like Heidi Howler. Guests can even join "Carrot Vision," which will include sight, sound, smell, and touch for this immersive experience.
Officially opening on November 7, 2025, guests can enjoy this new show and also enjoy fun character meet and greets.
Zootopia Virtual Queue
Walt Disney World Annual Passholders can enjoy a special preview of "Zootopia Better Zoogether" on November 5 and 6, 2025. Annual Passholders will need a Park Reservation for Disney's Animal Kingdom for either of these dates to join the 7:00 am virtual queue.
"Zootopia Better Zoogether" previews begin this month through November 6, 2025.
A second virtual queue will be available at 1:00 pm and will be available to all Annual Passholders (with valid admission). It is important to note that a Theme Park Reservation is not needed to join this queue, and you do not need to have entered Animal Kingdom to join this virtual queue.
Disney Vacation Club Previews
Disney Vacation Club Members can preview "Zootopia Better Zoogether" November 1-3, 2025. Registration will open on October 23, 2025, for eligible members who have a qualifying Walt Disney World Resort reservation booked before October 19, 2025.
Also, your reservation must be made with your eligible Disney Vacation Club membership for at least one of the preview dates (November 1-3, 2025).
Cast Member Previews
Finally, Cast Members can enjoy special early preview dates for "Zootopia Better Zoogether" starting this month, October 31st through November 3, 2025.
Registration opens for these previews on October 14, 2025, at 7:00 am (ET) and closes four days before each preview date. We love that Cast Members can experience the magic a little early.
