Five Reasons This Disney Restaurant Is ALWAYS A Must

There are lots of delicious restaurants at Disney World. There are many table service options that some consider a must-do. This must-do is ALWAYS on our list, and find out why we think you should at it to yours.

Sebastian's Bistro is a table service dining option at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. Disney describes it as, "transport your taste buds to 'island time' with delightful family-style dishes infused with rich Latin and Caribbean flavors."

You can get here by bus or Skyliner. Caribbean Beach Resort is the central hub for the Skyliner, so it may not be too challenging for some to get to.

The restaurants that tend to top people's must-do list tend to be character meals at the deluxe resort, but this meal, served family-style, tops our list! Here are five reasons why!

Availability

This table service restaurant may be small, but it tends to have great availability. This is a reservation that you can tend to book the day of.

We love that this reservation tends to be easy to get!

The Food (But Mostly The DESSERT!)

The food here is absolutely delicious! The meal includes bread, salad, entree, and even dessert.

You will start with Buttery House-baked Pull Apart Rolls. These are served with a Guava Butter and Carmelized Onion Jam. The Spice Necklace Salad has mixed greens with spiced candied pumpkin seeds, tropical fruit, and radish with Key Lime dressing.

The Taste of the Caribbean entree includes oven-roasted chicken with Tamarind Barbecue, slow-cooked Mojo Pork with Mango Sambal, chili-rubbed beef with roasted red pepper Chimichurri, and baked fish with citrus butter.

The BEST reason to come here is the dessert. Dessert is Our Celebrated House-made Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding. This is served warm with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream...YUM!!

Family-Style Dining

This meal is served family-style! That means all you care to eat. We love this style of dining because it is less chaotic than a buffet, yet offers all the perks of a buffet. I (Heather), being a mom of two, love a family-style dinner. I hate juggling plates through a buffet line.

Throughout the meal, your server asks if you would like more of any particular item. Even with the main entree, you can request more of one item without getting more of something else.

View

The restaurant offers views of the Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney's Riviera Resort. You can also watch the Skyliner fly high above, whisking Guests to their destinations.

However, the best view is available with a later dining reservation. Guests can catch EPCOT's Luminous Symphony of Us from inside Sebastian's Bistro.

Price

Another reason Sebastian's Bistro remains a must-do for us is the price. This all-you-can-eat table service price makes it even better!

Here, adults can dine for $39, and children can dine for $21, plus tax and gratuity. Discounts (including Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members) are accepted here.

Final Thoughts

Sebastian's Bistro is always a must-do for my family. It is delicious, consistent, and usually an easy reservation to get last-minute. We love the island vibes along with the all-you-care-to-enjoy food.

My favorite, though, is the Coconut Pineapple Bread Pudding. This has always been a favorite of mine, and I would visit 'Ohana just for this dessert. Now I can enjoy this dessert with a meal, for almost half the price.

Did you know you can get the Coconut Pineapple Bread Pudding somewhere else at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort? You sure can! The Coconut Pineapple Bread Pudding is a secret menu item at Banana Cabana, which is right next door to Sebastian's Bistro. See our experience on this secret menu item HERE!

Overall, Sebastian's Bistro is a great option. It is worth the trip for the island-inspired food, and we know you won't be disappointed.
