I tried the Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake with Fresh Honey, Granulated Honey, and Mead Blueberry Compote. This may be my favorite dessert of the festival!

This dessert is unique as it has crunchy and creamy textures throughout the dish. The cheesecake is delicious and smooth, and the blueberry compote is the perfect sweet addition.

The top and bottom of the dish has a crunchy texture with smooth cheesecake in between. Granulated honey was on the top of the cheese cake and offered the sweet crunch. I loved the flavors and texture combination of this dish. This is a must get!
