Why February 18th is a Big Day at Magic Kingdom

Do you find it hard to keep track of the many changes at the Disney Parks? February 18th will mark quite a few changes at the Magic Kingdom. Break out your touring plans to adjust for these changes.

Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire

New showtimes starting soon for Magic Kingdom stage show

At Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire, look for Tiana and friends from The Princess and the Frog. Not only that, but you’ll see Rapunzel and Flynn from Tangled perform their favorite tunes. Mickey even recruits Olaf, Anna, and Elsa from Frozen to join in! 

This is such a fun show that is offered throughout the day at Magic Kingdom. Currently, this stage show is offered at 10:00 am, 11:10 am, 12:45 pm, 1:45 pm, and a final performance at 4:00 pm.

Starting on February 18th, we see a small schedule change. The morning shows remain the same at 10:00 am and 11:10 am. We see changes in the afternoon with a new 12:50 pm and 1:55 pm showtime. The last showtime stays the same at 4:00 pm.

Parade Changes

As we shared previously, both the Festival of Fantasy Parade and the Adventure Friends Calvacade will see schedule changes starting on February 18th. The Adventure Friends Cavalcade will shift from two showtimes to its original time of 5:10 pm daily.

Additionally, the Festival of the Fantasy Parade will resume having two parades daily starting on February 18th.

Starting February 18th, showtimes will shift for 5 Magic Kingdom entertainment offerings.

Dapper Dans

The Dapper Dans are a barbershop quartet that truly embodies the Main Street, USA vibe. This quartet charms guests daily with their amazing harmonies, fun jokes, and even a few dance moves.

Their showtimes are roughly 20 minutes they can currently be enjoyed at 9:00 am, 9:50 am, 10:55 am, 12:15 pm, 1:05 pm, 2:00 pm, and 3:40 pm.

Starting on February 18th, their showtimes will shift to 9:00 am, 9:50 am, 10:40 am, 11:25 am, 1:15 pm, 2:00 pm, and 3:40 pm.

Casey’s Corner Pianist

Also bringing those Main Street, USA vibes is the pianist at Casey’s Corner. There is nothing quite so magical as hearing this pianist playing your favorite Disney tunes as you head to your next adventure.

Currently, showtimes are offered in the afternoon with the following showtimes 12:05 pm, 1:10 pm, 2:10 pm, 3:40 pm, 4:40 pm, 5:30 pm, and 6:15 pm.

Starting on February 18th, guests can enjoy Casey’s Corner Pianist in the morning at 10:50 am and 11:35 am. New afternoon showtimes include 1:35 pm, 2:35 pm, 3:40 pm, 4:40 pm, and 5:30 pm.

Changes in March

Finally, the last schedule change will happen a bit later. Currently, Happily Ever After is offered nightly at 8:00 pm. As the seasons change, so do the showtimes for Happily Ever After.

On March 10th, we spring forward for Daylight Savings Time in Central Florida. This date also changes the showtime for Happily Ever After to shift to 8:30 pm.

Happily Ever After changes to an 8:30 pm showtime on March 10, 2024.
