Disney is hosting two parties this year. Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios is a new event this year. You can read my review from the first night HERE and how Disney fixed some of the errors after that failure HERE.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
The other party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, is a Disney World mainstay. On select evenings throughout the holiday season, Magic Kingdom transforms into a winter wonderland with ride overlays, special parade and fireworks show, character meets, and free treats!

Ticket Update
As of late last week, only one date remained for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. This event always sells out, and we expect the same to happen this year.
Although not common, sometimes a previously sold out date becomes available once again. And that is what happened on December 12.
Now, December 12 and the still-available December 14 are the only events that have tickets available. You can purchase them for $189/person which is on the higher end of the price spectrum for this event.
