Disney has just released a brand new video game starring the one, the only, the beloved Mickey Mouse! It has been a whirlwind of events for Mickey Mouse this weekend! Yesterday, his TV series The Wonderful World of Mickey officially came to an end and aired its final episode. You can read about that here. and today he is starring in his very own video game!
Disney Illusion Island allows you to Join Mickey & Friends on a quest to explore the mysterious island of Monoth and recover three mystical books to save the world from disaster!
The new Disney Illusion Island game is available on Nintendo Swith! And, it is rated E for Everyone, although the label does caution that it does contain Mild Fantasy Violence.
Game Play Details
Disney Illusion Island is very much like playing inside of a Mickey Cartoon with an immersive setting, stellar voice actors, and a fantastic original score. It is something that families and solo gamers alike can enjoy.
You can enjoy single-player game play as one of your favorite Disney characters. You will discover what starts as a casual island picnic quickly sprawls into a grand new adventure!
Even better, you can also grab up to three friends or family members to save the island of Monoth in 4-player couch co-op. Team up with friends and utilize unique skills such as Rope Drop, Leap Frog, and a heart gifting hug.
If you love Disney Parks, you will love the game’s details and may just recognize some fun surprises. The characters can even collect hidden Mickeys throughout the course of the game.
