Guest Surveys
Disney periodically sends surveys out to Guests asking them how they feel about various experiences. It’s a great way to gather data which then allows Disney to modify policies, experiences, and other factors that contribute to the overall Guest experience.
Typically, you may receive one after a recent visit or before your upcoming vacation. These are never paid surveys. However, a more recent one that Disney did send out included compensation.
Paid Study
Disney is sending out emails to people with upcoming trips to the Disneyland Resort. In that email, they invite the Guest to participate in an “exciting research study” to talk more about perceptions, observations, and attitudes about the upcoming visit.
“Your thoughts will help us continue to mold and shape the Disneyland Resort experience, and we’re currently working to identify Guests such as you who are willing to provide their feedback.”
What this involves
The study would involve a Disney researcher observing the Guest’s in-park experience for up to 3 hours. They would basically watch all your actions in the park and could potentially ask follow-up questions throughout the experience.
A 20-minute end-of-session debrief will also take place but is included in the 3-hour time slot.
Follow-along sessions will take place June 13-16, 2023. If you have a visit during this time and received the email, expect a researcher to reach out directly to possibly participate after you fill out a brief 5-minute survey.
Compensation
If selected, each participant will receive a $400 Disney Gift Card that can be used in all theme parks, on Disney Cruise Line, or at shopDisney.com. This could potentially mean that each person in your party would receive $400 each, but the email is unclear if that means per person or per participating party.

This has become a power struggle, both sides need to become more compliant with each other...Sit down @ the bargaining table..Stop playing the Power Ball game..and think about the Cost advantages/disadvantages too both sides.
