Disney releases additional Extended Evening Hours

Extended Evening Hours are only for deluxe and deluxe villa Guests. It also includes people staying at Shades of Green and the Swan/Dolphin hotels. On select nights (usually Monday for Epcot and Wednesday for Magic Kingdom), those staying at select resorts can enjoy attractions for 2 hours after official park closing.

Nighttime hours are just the best! Take a look at Monica’s post HERE and her post from when Disney’s Hollywood Studios had them HERE. So far, this has been the ONLY night Disney’s Hollywood Studios has had them! We are hoping this benefit comes back again soon.

Updated Schedule

We told you a couple of days ago there was no need to panic! You may have noticed the Extended Evening Hour schedule for the last week of August disappeared from Disney’s website.

The schedule for Extended Evening Hours has been updated through August 31st

Dates from August 22 through August 24th were not on the schedule at all. Looking at the schedule today, we are pleased to see that the schedule has been updated and has Extended Evening Hour dates through the end of August.

Here are the dates for the rest of August:

• Monday, August 22 EPCOT – 9:00 pm through 11:00 pm
• Wednesday, August 24 Magic Kingdom – 10:00 pm through midnight
• Monday, August 29 EPCOT – 9:00 pm through 11:00 pm
• Wednesday, August 31 Magic Kingdom – 10:00 pm through midnight

It is worth noting that this schedule is constantly updated, so if you happen to not see it for dates you are planning to be at the park, no need to worry. Disney is most likely in the process of updating the schedule.
